Expectations
All partners agree to operate with integrity, comply with licensing requirements, and support the platform's mission of transparent medicine access.
Pharmacy Partners
- Maintain valid pharmacy registration and licenses
- Provide accurate quotations matching prescribed medicines
- Not offer unapproved substitutions without medical review
- Dispense medicines only after confirmed payment
- Maintain patient confidentiality
Institutional Partners
- Use donated funds only for stated medicine support purposes
- Provide accurate organisation details and authorized representatives
- Respect patient privacy in all communications and branding
Violations
Partners found in breach may be suspended or removed from the network. Serious violations are reported to relevant authorities.
